India Cements moves up on the BSE

The India Cements is currently trading at Rs. 309.70, up by 3.55 points or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 304.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 318.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 318.50 and Rs. 306.10 respectively. So far 40252 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 385.50 on 29-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 223.70 on 24-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 337.40 and Rs. 297.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9507.65 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 81.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.64% and 9.87% respectively.
India Cements has received approval for sale of its entire equity investment held in Industrial Chemicals and Monomers (ICML), a subsidiary of the company. Upon completion of the said sale, ICML would cease to be a subsidiary of the company. The said sale/disposal is expected to be completed within a period of six months from the date of agreement. Proposed sale consideration is Rs 97.68 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2025, approved the same.
