RDB Infrastructure gains on getting nod to acquire 51% stake in RDB Bhopal Infrastructure

RDB Infrastructure and Power is currently trading at Rs. 47.50, up by 0.40 points or 0.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 48.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 48.00 and Rs. 46.83 respectively. So far 1346 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 62.68 on 04-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.00 on 05-Sep-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 49.95 and Rs. 45.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 967.76 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.25% and 29.46% respectively.
RDB Infrastructure and Power has received approval to acquire 51% equity shareholding of the RDB Bhopal Infrastructure in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated September 27, 2025 for a total consideration of Rs 5.10 lakh.
The acquisition of RDB Bhopal Infrastructure is aimed at business expansion, since it operates in the same line of business. Post-acquisition, it will become a subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2025 has accorded its approval for the same.
