In today’s fast-evolving business world, leaders and innovators must be equipped with skills that merge human-centred design principles with artificial intelligence (AI) to tackle complex challenges. To fulfil this demand, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, in collaboration with Emeritus, proudly announces the launch of the Professional Certificate Programme in Design Thinking and Innovation with AI. This dynamic, 25-week programme is purpose-built to prepare professionals to lead AI-driven transformations and reimagine problem-solving through innovative, design-focused strategies.

The need for advanced skills in AI and design thinking has never been more critical, as businesses across industries strive to innovate and stay competitive. A 2024 report from McKinsey & Company projects that AI could add up to $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030, making it imperative for professionals to integrate AI with human-centered design principles. In today’s fast-evolving technological landscape, this programme is essential to help future leaders harness AI to drive sustainable, creative solutions that address complex challenges and unlock new growth opportunities.

Speaking on this launch, Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM Kozhikode, commented, "Our new programme represents IIM Kozhikode's commitment to fostering innovation and critical thinking.
