ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of mentioned scheme of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

In terms of paragraph 17.4.1.h. of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/ CIR/2023/74 dated May 19, 2023, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the revised Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Funds (the scheme) is ‘Very High’. The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Schemes of the Fund as on May 31, 2024. 

All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
