ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that, Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) is shifting from ‘ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, 37 Mukherjee Para Lane, Rabin Bhawan, Ground Floor, Sreerampore, Dist: Hooghly, Pin – 712201, West Bengal’ to ‘ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, 79/A, Mukherjee Para Lane, Ground Floor, Sreerampore, Dist: Hooghly, Pin -712201, West Bengal with effect from November 20, 2025.

This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
