Himatsingka Seide inches up on raising Rs 65 crore through NCDs

Himatsingka Seide is currently trading at Rs. 150.35, up by 0.35 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 150.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 151.55 and Rs. 149.65 respectively. So far 4814 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 231.60 on 11-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.50 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 152.35 and Rs. 136.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1887.39 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.35% and 43.40% respectively.
Himatsingka Seide has raised Rs 65 crore through the allotment of 650 un-rated, senior, unlisted, secured, redeemable Series ‘A’ Non-Convertible Debentures (Series ‘A’ NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 at par on a Private Placement Basis. The Securities Committee of the Board of Directors (Committee) of the company has on May 7, 2025 allotted the same.
