HDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for Nifty 10 yr Benchmark G-Sec ETF
HDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘HDFC Nifty 10 yr Benchmark G-Sec ETF'. Offer price for units will be 1/100th of the Value of the Underlying Index. Exit load will be Nil. There shall be no Plans / Options under the Scheme. The minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by Nifty 10 yr Benchmark G-Sec Index (TRI). The minimum application amount is Rs 500 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns that are commensurate (before fees and expenses) with the performance of the Underlying Index, subject to tracking difference.
