HBL Engineering surges on getting LoA from South Central Railway

HBL Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 604.00, up by 14.00 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 590.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 600.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 619.75 and Rs. 597.85 respectively. So far 167776 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 738.65 on 16-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 404.30 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 626.00 and Rs. 582.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 16748.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.19% and 35.70% respectively.

HBL Engineering has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South Central Railway for upgradation of the Kavach Version 3.2 to Version 4.0 in Mudkhed (Including) - Manmad (Excluding) Section covering 350 Kms. The contract is to be completed within 24 months. The total value of the contract is Rs 30.67 crore (inclusive of 18% GST).
