Haryana CM Nayab Saini highlights Sikh contributions to social welfare, pandemic relief efforts
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini met Sikh community members on July 19 in Chandigarh. The community leaders greeted the Chief Minister with bouquet and shawl. During the event, Saini acknowledged Sikh community for their significant contributions to societal welfare. While addressing the event, Nayab Singh Saini said, “Whenever any problem comes, if any person gets into any danger, our community goes forward to help the person. I am proud of this fact. During, COVID times we arranged ‘langar’ in various places. We took care of the fact that nobody should sleep hungry. It is a very proud moment for us… Under PM Modi’s leadership lessons of Guru Granth Sahib reached worldwide very fast.”
