Every Indian Higher Education Institution should come in it: Dharmendra Pradhan`s appeal post-NIRF ranking announcement

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan highlighted the growing participation of Indian educational institutions in the NIRF rankings 2024. He encouraged all higher education institutions to join the rankings, enabling students and parents to make informed decisions about the quality of institutions. Minister Pradhan believes this competition will drive up education standards in the country. Additionally, he noted that significant reforms have been made to the accreditation process, making it more transparent.On NIRF rankings 2024, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, "The participation of educational institutions of the country in NIRF is gradually increasing... I would like to appeal through today's program that gradually all the higher education institutions of India should come in it. Due to this, the students and parents of the country will be able to know in which type of institutions their children are studying and the children themselves will also be able to know in which type of institution they are studying. This competition will increase the quality of education in the country...A lot of reform has been done in the existing accreditation process. It has been made very transparent..."
