Hariom Pipe Industries moves up on getting nod to raise funds up to Rs 700 crore
Hariom Pipe Industries is currently trading at Rs. 775.60, up by 4.05 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 771.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 794.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 802.70 and Rs. 773.15 respectively. So far 4411 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 885.05 on 29-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 441.05 on 14-Mar-2024.

Hariom Pipe Industries has received an approval for the raising of funds through issuance of equity shares or any other eligible securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings including by way of a qualified institutions placement for an amount not exceeding Rs 700.00 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on September 24, 2024 considered and approved the same.
