In Gujarat, the Shramik Annapurna Yojana and Worker Shelter Homes, launched by CM Bhupendra Patel, uplift construction workers’ lives. Inspired by PM Narendra Modi’s vision, the ?5 meal scheme provides 32,000 daily meals via 290 centres across 19 districts, with free health check-ups and QR-enabled accessibility.
