 The city of Gandhinagar witnessed vibrant celebrations on the eighth day of Navratri, with thousands of devotees participating in the grand Maha Aarti. The event took place at prominent temples and public spaces across the city as people gathered to honor Goddess Durga. Clad in colorful traditional attire, devotees enthusiastically joined the prayer ceremony, which was accompanied by devotional songs and rhythmic beats of drums. The Maha Aarti, a key feature of Navratri, is performed to seek the goddess's blessings for peace, prosperity, and well-being. The atmosphere was electric as the city was illuminated with festive lights, reflecting the deep cultural and spiritual significance of the occasion.
