Government will always try to rescue Indians~ RS Prasad on return of Navy veterans from Qatar
BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad on February 12 hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Government of India after ex-Indian Navy personnel returned home from Qatar.Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "The Government of India will try to rescue the Indian citizens stuck anywhere in the world. This is the commitment of PM Modi. The Opposition used to taunt PM Modi's experience regarding foreign policy. Today, under PM Modi's leadership, India's foreign policy is so strong that the strategic importance has also increased."
The Qatar authorities had announced their verdict of death sentence to the Indian men as they were charged with espionage. On Feb 12, seven of the eight Indian Navy veterans landed in Delhi and they hailed PM Modi for his intervention
