His professional journey began in the QSR sector with McDonald’s, where he honed his management and process-oriented skills as a Restaurant Manager. He later joined KFC as Head of New Store Openings (NSO), successfully leading the rollout of multiple outlets across India and laying a strong foundation for the brand’s expansion in the country.
Transitioning to the fashion and retail industry, Gorav took on impactful leadership roles with ITC Wills Lifestyle and later as Regional Manager at V2 Retail, where he managed large-format operations, revenue growth, and regional business development. His tenure as Business Head at Parfait Lingerie marked a key milestone — overseeing the international brand’s India entry, spearheading its positioning, retail strategy, and market expansion. These experiences refined his expertise in brand building, consumer behavior, and business scalability.
Building on his strong foundation in brand and operations, Gorav shifted focus to the renewable energy sector, which has since become the cornerstone of his professional journey. As Vice President at Khaitan Solar, he drove strategic partnerships, business development, and expansion initiatives that helped establish a strong market presence for the company in India’s growing solar ecosystem.
Currently, Gorav heads Sunergy Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and trusted name in the solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) space. Under his leadership, Sunergy has grown into a reliable partner for the design, installation, and commissioning of solar power plants for residential, commercial, and industrial clients — contributing meaningfully to India’s renewable energy mission. His vision centers on scaling Sunergy’s footprint while setting new benchmarks in quality execution and client satisfaction.
In parallel, Gorav also serves as Director at Skillmint Edtech Services Pvt. Ltd., an organization dedicated to online education and skill development, reflecting his belief in empowering individuals through learning and sustainability.
