Golden Temple lights up on Guru Ram Das Jayanti; thousands of devotees gather to offer prayers
The Golden Temple in Amritsar was beautifully illuminated on the occasion of Guru Ram Das Jayanti. Thousands of devotees thronged the holy shrine to offer prayers and participate in celebrations marking the birth anniversary of the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das Ji, the founder of Amritsar and builder of the Golden Temple.
