Godrej Properties rises on acquiring 50 acres land in Raipur

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 2306.20, up by 16.85 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 2289.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2314.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2333.15 and Rs. 2293.00 respectively. So far 19448 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3400.00 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1869.50 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2333.15 and Rs. 2191.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 69488.25 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.67%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.87% and 13.46% respectively.
Godrej Properties has entered into Raipur with the acquisition of around 50 acres of land. The development on this land will primarily comprise premium plotted residential units and will offer an estimated saleable area of around 9.5 lakh square feet.
Strategically located near Old Dhamtari Road, a rapidly growing real estate hub, the location provides good connectivity to Central Raipur, Raipur Railway Station, and Swami Vivekananda Airport.
