Genpharmasec has entered into a Supper stockist agreement with Amneal Healthcare (AHPL). In terms of this said Agreement, AHPL has agreed for Appointment of Genpharmasec as nonexclusive Supper Stockist within the territory to further sell to wholesale pharmacist and/or retail pharmacist the products which are manufactured by AHPL and its third-party contact manufacture or third-party licensors. AHPL undertakes to provide Genpharmasec with a minimum annual sales commitment of approximately Rs 60 crore for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
