FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 25 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12923.10 crore against gross selling of Rs 17759.65 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4836.55 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1871.58 crore with gross sales of Rs 2770.38 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 898.8 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 255.79 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 73.29 crore and net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 716.30 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 33.88 crore against gross selling of Rs 6.53 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 27.35 crore in hybrid segment.
