FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 30 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17594.58 crore against gross selling of Rs 20320.94 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2726.36 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3815.52 crore with gross sales of Rs 1425.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2390.18 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.86 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3.94 crore in hybrid segment.
