FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per September 24 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13964.95 crore against gross selling of Rs 11933.23 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2031.72 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2672.13 crore with gross sales of Rs 864.04 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1808.09 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 149.85 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 309.90 crore and net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1348.34 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 38.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 31.58 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 7.31 crore in hybrid segment.
