G R Infraprojects trades higher on the BSE

GR Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 1647.05, up by 6.30 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 1640.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1620.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1652.00 and Rs. 1607.25 respectively. So far 1751 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1859.95 on 26-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1025.00 on 30-Nov-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1670.00 and Rs. 1590.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15925.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.74%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.90% and 3.36% respectively.

G R Infraprojects has successfully transferred wholly owned subsidiary namely GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway (GAKHPL) to Bharat Highways InvIT on September 17, 2024, after receipt of consideration from Bharat Highways InvIT. Hence, with effect from the aforesaid date, GAKHPL would cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Earlier, the company had entered into Share Purchase Agreement on September 13, 2024 with Bharat Highways InvIT (InvIT) for transfer of 100% Equity shares being held by the company in its wholly owned subsidiary namely GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway.
