FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 29 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20646.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 16377.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4269.26 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1667.96 crore with gross sales of Rs 2326.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 658.75 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 22.73 crore against gross selling of Rs 9.31 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 13.42 crore in hybrid segment.
