FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 18 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 37415.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 27178.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 10237.19 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3783.19 crore with gross sales of Rs 1191.64 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2591.55 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 222.74 crore against gross selling of Rs 136.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 86.52 crore in hybrid segment.
