FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 11 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.  

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20920.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 19053.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1867.12 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3564.58 crore with gross sales of Rs 1066.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2497.87 crore in debt.

Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 546.03 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 17.42 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1969.26 crore.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 57.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 32.06 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 25.10 crore in hybrid segment.
