FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 06 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17375.65 crore against gross selling of Rs 11580.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 5795.20 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2998.15 crore with gross sales of Rs 957.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2040.85 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3.68 crore in hybrid segment.
