Fabtech Technologies shines on securing Rs 24.6 crore turnkey project in UAE

Fabtech Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 147.75, up by 2.35 points or 1.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 145.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 148.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 149.50 and Rs. 147.35 respectively. So far 2206 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 262.40 on 28-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 126.00 on 02-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.00 and Rs. 143.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 660.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.47% and 28.58% respectively.

Fabtech Technologies, through its 100% subsidiary FTS Cleanrooms Systems LLC, UAE, has secured a 9.92 million United Arab Emirates dirham (AED) (around Rs 24.6 crore) turnkey project from Aroma King, a flavour manufacturing company in the UAE. The project is scheduled for fast-track completion within six months.

FTS Cleanrooms Systems LLC will deliver the facility’s critical internal infrastructure, encompassing modular controlled environments, cold rooms, specialised flooring, high- and low-side HVAC systems, and internal electrical works under an integrated, single-source execution model.
