Ritco Logistic gains on bagging contracts worth Rs 388 crore in August
Ritco Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 321.30, up by 1.45 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 319.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 322.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 327.65 and Rs. 318.40 respectively. So far 2450 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 330.50 on 07-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 167.15 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 330.50 and Rs. 299.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 919.65 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.76% and 34.56% respectively.
Ritco Logistics has secured new contracts worth around Rs 388 crore in the month of August 2026, across a diverse portfolio of leading customers and industrial sectors. The new contracts include major long-term contracts with HRRL and IOCL, along with transportation assignments from prominent customers of FMCG, Steel, Cement, Automotive, Energy and Paper and Packaging.
Out of this, the company has secured a three-year transportation contract worth around Rs 334 crore from HRRL from (HPCL Rajasthan Refinery). The contract covers transportation from Pachpadra to Pan India distribution. The company has also secured a one-year transportation contract from IOCL, which involves movements from Panipat to various destinations.
During August, the company’s step-down subsidiary -- Trucksup Solution issued around 8,270 FASTags, with a GMV of around Rs 45 crore. TrucksUp platform has recorded total vehicle financing disbursements of around Rs 3.50 crore during the month. GPS generated a revenue of around Rs 40 lakh, while total subscription revenue stood at around Rs 1.25 crore during the month.
