EMS zooms on getting lowest bidder status for two construction works in Varanasi
EMS is currently trading at Rs. 394.00, up by 47.85 points or 13.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 346.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 375.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 398.40 and Rs. 364.65 respectively. So far 251236 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 695.40 on 23-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 256.50 on 10-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 398.40 and Rs. 295.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2156.54 crore.

EMS has received the lowest bidder (L-1) status awarded by UP Jal Nigam (Urban), Varanasi for two construction works. The order worth Rs 143.80 crore is for Surveying, Soil investigation, Design and Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for Proper completion of following works of Laying of Sewer Networks and House Connection Work in 18 Problematic Ward (5 Wards namely- Durgakund, Nariyan, Sarainandan, Jolha Northan and Bhelupur out of 18 problematic Wards) of Nagar Nigam, Varanasi.
The second order worth Rs 64.85 crore is for Surveying, Soil investigation, Design and Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for Proper completion of following works of Laying of Sewer Networks and House Connection Work in 18 Problematic Wards (2 Wards NamelyHukulganj and Nai Basti out of 18 Problematic Wards) of Nagar Nigam Varanasi.
