EMS rises on receiving LoA worth Rs 34.69 crore

EMS is currently trading at Rs. 509.80, up by 3.20 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 506.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 515.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 517.25 and Rs. 506.50 respectively. So far 301 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 599.00 on 06-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 246.50 on 27-Sep-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 532.25 and Rs. 496.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2813.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.54% and 24.76% respectively.

EMS has received the letter of Acceptance (LoA) for Construction of Proposed Multi Level Car Parking at Nagar Nigam Office, District Meerut (U.P). The estimated order value is Rs 34.69 crore.

Earlier, the company had been emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) in the tender for Construction of Proposed Multi Level Car Parking at Nagar Nigam Office, District Meerut (U.P). 

EMS is in the business of Sewerage solution provider, Water Supply System, Water and Waste Treatment Plants, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Road and Allied works, operation and maintenance of Wastewater Scheme Projects (WWSPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs) for government authorities/bodies.
