Emkay Global Financial Services jumps on getting nod for allotment of Rs 46 crore NCDs

Emkay Global Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 219.65, up by 4.70 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 214.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 225.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.65 and Rs. 219.65 respectively. So far 300 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 368.15 on 03-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.65 on 26-Mar-2024.

Emkay Global Financial Services has received approval for allotment of 4,600 Rated, Listed, Senior, Unsecured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 and an aggregate face value of Rs 46 crore for a period of 2 years from the deemed date of allotment or and for such maturity (subject to applicable law) as may be determined, on a private placement basis to eligible investors (including without limitation, any banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, foreign portfolio investors, individuals, or any other persons/entities in accordance with applicable law)(Investors) for raising debt to meet the working capital requirements of the Company. The said NCDs shall be listed on the WDM segment of BSE.
