eClerx Services zooms on reporting 31% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

eClerx Services is currently trading at Rs 4718.10, up by 273.00 points or 6.14% from its previous closing of Rs 4445.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 4550.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 4791.75 and Rs 4510.00 respectively. So far 38333 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 4639.00 on 26-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 2116.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 4530.05 and Rs 4169.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 22371.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.69% and 9.51% respectively. 

eClerx Services has reported 12.78% rise in its net profit at Rs 110.11 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 97.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 15.34% at Rs 717.42 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 622.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 30.62% rise in its net profit at Rs 183.19 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 140.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 22.15% at Rs 1032.09 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 844.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
