Dynacons Systems zooms on winning order worth Rs 249.15 crore from RBI

Dynacons Systems & Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 1029.75, up by 117.10 points or 12.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 912.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 962.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1034.85 and Rs. 962.05 respectively. So far 28834 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1614.55 on 03-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 825.05 on 30-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1034.85 and Rs. 907.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1302.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.39% and 38.66% respectively.

Dynacons Systems & Solutions has secured software project worth Rs 249.15 crore (including GST) from Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The contract covers the implementation, maintenance and learning services of the Enterprise Applications Platform (EAP) Software at RBI, over a period of 5 years on a consumption-based model.

Under this contract, the company will deliver a robust, scalable, and secure EAP solution, integrating best-in-class software tools from global OEMs including IBM, Elastic, Hazelcast, JFrog, and Process. The project scope spans all RBI Data Centres, Regional Offices, Zonal Training Centres, and subsidiaries such as ReBIT, RBIH, DICGC, and IFTAS.

Dynacons Systems & Solutions undertakes all activities related to IT infrastructure including infrastructure design and consulting services, turnkey systems integration of large Network and Data Centre infrastructures including supply of associated equipment and software, onsite and remote facilities management of multi location infrastructure of domestic clients.
