Diamond Power Infrastructure moves up on bagging LoI worth Rs 61.03 crore

Diamond Power Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 369.85, up by 1.65 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 368.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 372.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 378.95 and Rs. 357.30 respectively. So far 34980 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 379.00 on 12-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.80 on 02-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 379.00 and Rs. 348.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22248.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 84.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.99% and 13.98% respectively.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 61.03 crore (inclusive of GST at 18%) from Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam (a distribution company of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation) for the supply of 33 kV HT XLPE cable. The order is to be executed by January 2027 (scheduled deliveries from September 2026 to January 2027).
