Davis Cup India team arrived at Chennai airport on February 5. The team secured a 4-0 victory against Pakistan in the Davis Cup 2024 World Group-1 playoff at the Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad. This triumph earned India an undefeated record against their arch-rival Pakistan in the World Group -1, by winning all eight times since 1964.
The Indian Davis Cup squad traveled to Pakistan for the first time since 1964. India defeated Pakistan 4-0 in their most recent neutral site match in 2019.
