D B Realty soars as its arm acquires entire equity shares in DB Conglomerate Realty

DB Realty is currently trading at Rs. 215.65, up by 5.90 points or 2.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 209.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 208.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 219.00 and Rs. 208.35 respectively. So far 83231 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 222.70 on 21-Nov-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 55.05 on 27-Feb-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 219.00 and Rs. 198.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10520.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.21% and 43.96% respectively.

D B Realty’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Vanita Infrastructure has acquired entire equity shares of DB Conglomerate Realty. Post acquisition of the shares by Vanita Infrastructure, DB Conglomerate Realty has become a step down subsidiary of the company. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1 lakh.
