BMW Ventures gains on securing order worth Rs 4.49 crore

BMW Ventures is currently trading at Rs 61.48, up by 0.95 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs 60.53 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 60.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs 62.40 and Rs 60.77 respectively. So far 43646 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 80.00 on 01-Oct-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 55.89 on 10-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 62.40 and Rs 58.83 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 533.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.51% and 26.47% respectively.

BMW Ventures has secured an order worth Rs 4.49 crore from a structural steel manufacturer for the manufacturing, supply and erection of Pre Engineering Steel Building (PEB) in the PEB Manufacturing division of the company. The order is to be delivered within 45 days.

BMW Ventures is engaged in the trading and distribution of steel products, tractor engines, and spare parts, as well as the manufacturing of PVC pipes and roll-forming of GP sheets under the Blue Diamond brand.
