BJP National President Nitin Nabin planted a sapling to mark World Environment Day in Delhi on June 05.
“On the occasion of World Environment Day, we have certainly continued the work of planting trees every year. The Prime Minister has given it the form of a people's movement; when he called for planting 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam,' he connected the people of the country to this initiative. I believe that all citizens will join this campaign of planting trees in memory of their mother. Considering the global concern for the environment, the Prime Minister's initiative has now become a program run with the participation of the country's citizens…,” said Nitin Nabin.
