Barbeque-Nation Hospitality gains on acquiring additional stake in Red Apple
Barbeque-Nation Hospitality is currently trading at Rs. 568.75, up by 5.35 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 563.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 563.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 568.80 and Rs. 548.55 respectively. So far 10466 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 791.10 on 28-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 463.35 on 04-Jun-2024.

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has fully completed the acquisition of 270 equity shares of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (Red Apple), a Subsidiary of the Company, in 2 tranches on August 9, 2024 and August 12, 2024. Post the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Company in the said Subsidiary stands increased to 86.57%.
