The scrip opened at Rs. 234.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.35 and Rs. 234.75 respectively. So far 357122 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 325.55 on 26-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 234.10 on 09-Sep-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 242.00 and Rs. 234.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 123285.27 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.56% and 7.46% respectively.
Bank of Baroda is planning to sell up to 76,90,375 equity shares, representing 35% of total shareholding, in National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), by way of Offer for Sale (OFS) through NSE’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
As part of the OFS process the equity shares have been transferred to the ‘Escrow Account’ on September 8, 2026. The OFS is subject to all regulatory approvals.
