Bajaj Finance trades in green on raising Rs 1000 crore through NCDs

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 6787.00, up by 39.15 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 6747.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6750.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6787.20 and Rs. 6730.00 respectively. So far 7813 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8190.00 on 06-Oct-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6190.00 on 06-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6787.20 and Rs. 6702.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 419713.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.96% and 10.34% respectively.

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 1,000 crore through the allotment of 1,00,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 1 lakh each on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2024, has allotted the same.
