Bajaj Finance gains on raising Rs 4,280.04 crore via NCDs
Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 6760.60, up by 46.00 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 6714.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 6724.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6791.00 and Rs. 6681.00 respectively. So far 59283 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8190.00 on 06-Oct-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5487.25 on 20-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6805.95 and Rs. 6548.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 418463.18 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.78%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.00% and 10.22% respectively.
Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 4,280.04 crore through the allotment of 4,28,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at the face value of Rs 1 lakh each and in case of re-issuance at the face value of Rs 10 lakh. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on February 20, 2024, allotted the same.
