Bajaj Auto gains on reporting 9% rise in September sales

Bajaj Auto is currently trading at Rs 8726.60, up by 50.75 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs 8675.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 8719.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs 8844.00 and Rs 8713.15 respectively. So far 3926 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 12499.95 on 01-Oct-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 7088.25 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 8909.30 and Rs 8637.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 243987.37 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.39% and 22.56% respectively.
Bajaj Auto has reported rise of 8.73% in total sales (domestic + exports) to 5,10,504 units in September 2025 as against 4,69,531 in the same month last year. Total domestic sales (two-wheelers + commercial vehicles) increased by 4.29% to 3,25,252 units in September 2025 as compared to 3,11,887 units in September 2024. The total exports (two-wheelers + commercial vehicles) increased by 17.51% to 1,85,252 units in September 2025 as compared to 1,57,644 units in September 2024.
Total domestic two-wheelers sales were rose by 5.34% at 2,73,188 units in September 2025 as compared to 2,59,333 units in the year-ago month. However, the Total domestic sales of Commercial Vehicles declined marginally at 52,064 units in September 2025 as against 52,554 units in September 2024.
