AVG Logistics shines on joining hand with Baidyanath LNG to accelerate LNG adoption
AVG Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 183.30, up by 8.95 points or 5.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 174.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 184.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 188.15 and Rs. 179.15 respectively. So far 628 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 394.00 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 156.40 on 12-Dec-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 196.50 and Rs. 174.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 276.01 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.51%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.13% and 37.36% respectively.
AVG Logistics has entered into memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Baidyanath LNG to cater the LNG infrastructure requirement and promotion of LNG and fueling solutions in India. Baidyanath LNG is engaged in the development of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) infrastructure and fueling solutions in India. The partnership is aimed at accelerating the adoption of LNG-powered transportation solutions across key industrial sectors, including steel and metals, FMCG, cement, and other high-volume logistics segments. Through this collaboration, the company will leverage its extensive logistics network and customer relationships, while Baidyanath LNG will provide access to LNG fleets, fueling infrastructure, and technical expertise.
Under the MoU, Baidyanath LNG will support the company with dedicated LNG-powered fleets and access to its LNG filling stations, while also collaborating on customized LNG solutions for the transportation sector. The company, in turn, will promote the use of LNG as a cleaner alternative fuel by introducing LNG-powered logistics solutions to its existing and prospective customers across multiple industries. The MoU is aligned with India’s broader clean energy initiatives and the company’s commitment to operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. The agreement is valid for an initial five-year period, during which both parties will jointly explore market opportunities, conduct sector-specific outreach, and support training for LNG fleet operations.
AVG Logistics offers their customers services in three key areas like transportation whereby they provide point-to-point, less-than truck-load, time-definite transportation services; warehousing whereby they provide warehousing, distribution and cold-chain warehousing; and value-added Services including, temperature-controlled logistics, supply chain solutions and cargo handling services at integrated check posts.
