Avenue Supermarts trades higher on the BSE

Avenue Supermarts is currently trading at Rs. 3836.90, up by 7.85 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 3829.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3869.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3888.00 and Rs. 3835.00 respectively. So far 3948 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5484.00 on 24-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3567.35 on 22-Nov-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3888.00 and Rs 3623.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 251713.31 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.44% and 7.91% respectively.

Avenue Supermarts has opened a new store at Gopanpally, Nizamabad, Telangana, on December 3, 2024. The total number of stores as on date stands at 384.
Earlier, the company had opened a new store at Sirsi Road, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on November 27, 2024. 

Avenue Supermarts is a Mumbai-based company, which owns and operates D-Mart stores. D-Mart is an emerging national supermarket chain that offers customers a range of home and personal products under one roof.
