Astral is currently trading at Rs. 1916.15, up by 4.95 points or 0.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 1911.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1912.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1948.70 and Rs. 1910.05 respectively. So far 8401 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2057.95 on 04-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1297.90 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1948.70 and Rs. 1853.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 51556.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.51% and 12.64% respectively.

Astral has started commercial production of Plastic Water Storage Tank and PVC Pipes at Guwahati Plant. Earlier, the company’s subsidiary -- Seal IT Services had incorporated one new step down subsidiary in the name of SISL (Bond It) Ireland.

Astral is among the country’s leading manufacturers of plastic pipes used across the industries and is now making strong inroads into the adhesives segment and infrastructure products.
