Asian Granito India moves up on incorporating subsidiary company in Gujarat

Asian Granito India is currently trading at Rs. 64.69, up by 0.49 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 64.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 64.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.99 and Rs. 62.50 respectively. So far 12192 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 98.19 on 22-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.58 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 65.80 and Rs. 60.39 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 935.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.15% and 64.33% respectively.

Asian Granito India has incorporated subsidiary company namely AGL Proteins on July 05, 2025, at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is yet to commence its business operations. The newly incorporated subsidiary belongs to Agro Industry.

AGL Proteins is incorporated with an object to deal in all types, descriptions, specifications, strengths and applications of dietary and neutraceutical supplement products.
