Ashoka Buildcon trades with traction on emerging as Lowest Bidder for two projects in Maharashtra
Ashoka Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 195.15, up by 11.85 points or 6.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 183.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 199.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 199.90 and Rs. 193.05 respectively. So far 146356 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 197.60 on 23-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 76.00 on 01-Jun-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 185.95 and Rs. 176.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5439.01 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.48%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.87% and 20.65% respectively.
Ashoka Buildcon has emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1) for the two projects of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. The company has emerged as L1 for construction of Major Bridge across Jaigad Creek between Tawsal and Jaigad on Revas Reddi Coastal Highway (SH (special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri District on EPC Mode in state of Maharashtra’. The quoted bid price of the said project is Rs 794.85 crore plus applicable GST.
The company has also has emerged as L1 for construction of Major Bridge across Kundalika Creek between Revdanda to Salav on Revas Reddi Coastal Highway (SH (Special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri District in the State of Maharashtra. The quoted bid price of the said project is Rs 1357.87 crore plus applicable GST.
