Ashiana Housing surges on reporting 83% rise in value of area sold in Q1FY26

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 337.10, up by 5.30 points or 1.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 331.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 332.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 344.25 and Rs. 332.10 respectively. So far 4286 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 433.10 on 15-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 248.75 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 345.60 and Rs. 327.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3388.69 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.49% and 23.40% respectively.
Ashiana Housing has reported 83.14% rise in value of area sold to Rs 430.97 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 235.32 crore a year ago. In Q4FY25, the value of the area sold stood at Rs 574.73 crore.
407 units were booked in Q1FY26 vis-a-vis 597 units booked in Q4FY25. Higher sales in Q4FY25 attributable to sale of 295 units in Nitara Ph-2 and 3 (3.97 lakh sq. ft., Value of area sold Rs 174.35 crore) and sale of 59 units in Amarah Phase 5 (1.05 lakh sq. ft., Value of area sold Rs 158.96 crore).
