Arman Financial Services inches up on getting nod to raise Rs 42 crore via NCDs

Arman Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 1723.20, up by 1.00 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1722.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1799.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1799.95 and Rs. 1699.50 respectively. So far 2010 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2524.85 on 20-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1111.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1799.95 and Rs. 1559.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1814.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.12% and 71.82% respectively.

Arman Financial Services has received approval for the issuance of 4200 senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 42 crore, by way of a private placement. The Finance & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 14, 2025, has inter-alia considered and approved the same.
